Health Advocate Wins Silver in Best in Biz Awards 2021

Health Advocate has been selected as a Silver winner in the Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year in the Best in Biz Awards, the only independent business awards program judged each year by prominent editors and reporters from top-tier publications in North America.

Health Advocate was recognized due to its continued commitment to excellent customer service and support for our members. In the past year, Health Advocate provided ongoing support for the long-term response to COVID-19 and introduced a number of mental health resources and initiatives, among other accomplishments.

Each year, Best in Biz Awards’ entrants span the spectrum, from some of the most innovative local start-ups to the most recognizable global brands. The eleventh annual program saw a particularly intense competition among more than 700 impressively strong entries, demonstrating continued resiliency and dedication to customers.
