Health Advocate Wins Silver in Best in Biz Awards 2022
Health Advocate has been selected as a Silver winner in the Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year in the Best in Biz Awards, the only independent business awards program judged each year by prominent editors and reporters from top-tier publications in North America.
Health Advocate was recognized due to its continued commitment to excellent customer service and support for our members. In the past year, Health Advocate enhanced access to interpreter services, introduced new initiatives to more effectively identify health care providers for our members, and took a number of steps to continue meeting evolving member needs, among other accomplishments.
Each year, Best in Biz Awards’ entrants span the spectrum, from some of the most innovative local start-ups to the most recognizable global brands. The eleventh annual program saw a particularly intense competition among more than 700 impressively strong entries, demonstrating continued resiliency and dedication to customers.
Since 2011, winners of Best in Biz Awards have been determined based on scoring from independent judging panels assembled each year from some of the most respected national and local newspapers, TV and radio outlets, and business, consumer, technology and trade publications in North America. Combining top editors’ and reporters’ unparalleled experience and expertise with the objectivity inherent in the journalistic ethos and further enhanced by the breadth of outlets represented, Best in Biz Awards judging panels are uniquely able to determine the best of the best from among the hundreds of competitive entries.
“The companies of the Best in Biz Awards teach us again a grand truth about organizational karma: the rewards come to those who figure out how to give more, do more, be more,” said Dale Dauten, King Features Syndicate, having judged numerous Best in Biz Awards programs since 2012. “These are the companies that you want to work for, work with, buy from and root for. They are the corporate equivalent of a life well-lived.”
