Health Advocate Open Enrollment Survey – The results are in!
As health plans and other benefits become increasingly complex, and COVID-19 disrupts typical communication channels, enrolling in new benefits grows more challenging for HR and more overwhelming for employees.
To learn more, Health Advocate recently surveyed more than 200 HR and benefits managers about how their organizations are managing the open enrollment process and what might be done to better support both HR and employees during and after this critical time. Applying best practices in the months ahead can ensure this is a successful open enrollment season, even as the impacts of COVID-19 continue.
Of note, we found that –
- As open enrollment continues to grow more complex, an increasing number of HR professionals are seeking resources to better support their team and employees through this period.
- Among organizations currently offering external support services, the majority report a more seamless experience that enables employees to make more informed decisions while reducing pressure on HR.
