Health Advocate Wins Bronze Stevie® Award in 2026 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Health Advocate has won a Bronze Stevie Award in the Healthcare Customer Service Department of the Year category in the 20th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

Health Advocate was recognized for delivering exceptional customer service and innovative, whole-person support to millions of members nationwide. Over the past year, the organization expanded Generations Aging Adult & Caregiver Support to better serve working caregivers and launched Embody Mind & Body EAP, a next-generation solution integrating mental health, lifestyle coaching, and digital tools. Health Advocate also enhanced biometric and vaccination services, introduced secure asynchronous messaging (AMP), and expanded proactive outreach to close gaps in care, continuing our mission to make healthcare easier and more personal for every member.
