What is Care Connect?

Care Connect is a modern, intuitive platform designed to enhance the quality, speed, and ease of accessing mental health services. With our new provider portal, licensed providers and practice managers can easily manage their practice and provider details, accept referrals, and submit sessions for simple invoicing—all through a secure, user-friendly interface. Care Connect helps ensure that our affiliate partners stay focused on what matters most: delivering compassionate, effective care.

Why should I join Care Connect?

Who can join the Health Advocate Provider Network?

  • Licensed providers (e.g., therapists, counselors, psychologists)
  • Practice managers representing group practices or clinics

How do I join Care Connect?

  • Simply click “Join Now” to start your onboarding process. You’ll want to have electronic copies of your liability insurance, license, and disclosures (if applicable) available to complete your profile submission.
  • Complete onboarding:
    • Create your user account.
    • Enter your practice and office information.
    • Upload required documentation.
    • Complete your provider profile.
  • Submit for activation. Our team will review and approve your profile.

What happens after my profile is activated?

Once your profile has been reviewed and activated by our Affiliate Relations team, you’re now eligible to receive EAP referrals. As we receive member requests for therapeutic support, someone from our Care team will reach out for your availability before issuing a referral via Care Connect.

Is Care Connect secure?

Yes! We are HIPAA compliant and use:

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Secure document uploads 
  • Role-based access control to protect your data and ensure compliance.
