Will there be a gap in support if we move to Health Advocate?
No. We’ll ensure a seamless handoff so your employees are supported every step of the way.
Do we have to switch now?
No. You can continue services with Optavise month-to-month or transition to Health Advocate whenever you’re ready.
Will employees need to register again?
Yes—but we’ll make it easy. Employees will get welcome materials with step-by-step instructions to get started.
