Based on the CDC guidelines around COVID-19, Health Advocate’s Return Pass^SM is a self-attestation solution designed to easily and quickly help employees know if they are clear to return to work.

How it works:

Before leaving home

Employees log into the Health Advocate member app or website
Select “Return Pass” in the Quick Links Menu

The app sends daily notifications to complete Return Pass
