Long anticipated trends are now being felt in the form of transformational challenges by businesses and communities. Millennials are now our majority generation, 8000 Baby Boomers are leaving the workforce every day, and America still rightfully claims world leader status in attracting immigrant brain power and labor. Such demographic diversity is accelerating changes in workplace policies, environments, and cultural practices that could positively impact employee and community health, but may also produce unintended consequences.
