    Jeff provides strategic and operational support for employers implementing Health Advocate wellness services, helping to ensure optimal results and impact. He has over 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. He is a champion for creating culture that helps people achieve their well-being goals. In 2016, he was recognized by WELCOA as a Top Health Promotion Professional.

  • Nicole McNeal, MPH

    Wellness Program Consultant

    Nicole holds a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion, Education and Behavior and has over six years of experience working with employers to develop well-being programs for their organizations. In her current role at Health Advocate, Nicole helps our clients leverage our well-being resources to strategize, design, administer and evaluate their wellness programs.

  • Heather Vanca

    Wellness Program Consultant

    Heather is a WELCOA Faculty member and has many years of expertise in implementing corporate wellness programs based on company culture, goals and objectives. She also holds Health Coach Certification through Wellcoaches. Heather was recently featured in Ithaca College’s IC View magazine and has had the privilege to speak about corporate wellness programs at the national conference level.
