The PHR captures the important health information a physician or emergency personnel might need to make informed decisions regarding a member’s healthcare within a few pages. The PHR is available "anytime, anywhere, in any situation". It can be printed, emailed or faxed at any time. Even when a physician’s office is closed, the doctor can access a member’s medical and health history.
