Health Advocate is a privately held company founded in 2001 by five senior executives who previously ran one of the nation’s largest health care companies. The company, headquartered in suburban Philadelphia, began operations and accepting customers in January 2002.

Our Core Health Advocacy Solution, centered around our team of Personal Health Advocates and supported by medical and benefits experts, provides clinical and administrative support to help members resolve healthcare and benefits-related issues and to provide information and support to improve their healthcare experience. Coverage extends to the member, their spouse, dependent children, their parents and parents-in-law.
As a complement to our Core Health Advocacy Solution, we offer additional solutions for both employees and employers that include Wellness Advocate; Benefits Integrator; Enrollment Advocate; FMLA Assistance and Independent Appeals Administration.

Management Team
Health Advocate's team of healthcare and insurance executives has over a century of combined experience running successful companies. Each member has held senior executive positions in large healthcare and insurance companies and several have also been instrumental in successful entrepreneurial start-ups.
