The root of Health Advocate is our core advocacy solution, centered around our team of Personal Health Advocates (PHAs) and supported by a highly trained staff of medical directors and benefits specialists. When members call our toll-free number, they are assigned their own PHA, typically a registered nurse, who works with them one-on-one to resolve a range of clinical and insurance-related issues that typically overburden employees and human resource staff.
