Tara joined Health Advocate in April 2006 with more than 22 years of healthcare experience. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Tara is responsible for all aspects of Health Advocate’s call center’s operations, including overseeing quality control processes, implementing new client programs and developing reporting systems.
Before joining Health Advocate, Tara was Director of Operations for CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits, where she oversaw service functions including the claims processing unit, mail operations, key account representatives and the installation team. Tara began her career with Aetna U.S. Healthcare as a member relations representative. Promoted to increasing levels of responsibility, she left the company as an Assistant Vice President of Operations. Other key experience includes Director of Customer Service for SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories.
Kelly earned her master’s degree from Temple University and her bachelor’s degree from Millersville University. |
