Molly Knorr joined Health Advocate in March 2007 with more than 20 years of senior-level experience in healthcare, with a proven track record in profit and loss accountability, leadership and communication. Most recently, she served as Vice President of National Networks in Contracting and Strategy for Aetna, where she was responsible for managing a team of more than 1,000 employees with a broad range of functions including the development of national contracting standards, policies and processes.
Previously, Knorr was General Manager for the Northeast Region at Aetna, where she was responsible for profitable growth in the NY-metro and New England markets. She also served as Vice President of Network Management for Cigna HealthCare, Inc. where she was in charge of the national contracting strategy and provider network operations. Earlier positions included Vice President of Strategic eHealth at Aetna and Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO. Knorr is on the board of directors of the YWCA-Hartford Region.
Knorr received her law degree at Delaware Law School of Widener and her bachelor’s degree at Lafayette College.
